Order Processing & Delivery Expectations

Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. Normally, we will process your order in 1-3 days depending on the real situation.

Some orders might take a longer time in some special time like the Christmas season. We will contact you if your order can not be processed in time.

Pre-ordering items usually need more time to process, so we will make the release time mentioned in the description.

Please notice there might be a delay in updating your order information (tracking ID, e.g.). That is usually caused by the technical problem of the shipping company. That is not a delay in processing your order.

Shipping Time

Our delivery time is 15-40 days, 80% of orders will be delivered in 25 days.

We are struggling to provide a comfortable shopping experience and cut your shopping costs down. So we had to use a flexible way to stock and ship our products.

The direct effect is that we ship goods from different places, including but not limited to our warehouses, and overseas warehouses. The shipping from location depends on your receiving address and the situation of our inventory.

Most of the original shipping address is in China. You will see the original location in the product option. Sometimes you can see there is an option for another country (like the USA). That means we have the stock here. And you can choose to ship from there for a shorter delivery time. (estimated to be about 7 days) Please notice that it is a domestic-only option, which means it can only be shipped to the domestic cities of that country. We will automatically adjust the shipping from the location when customers from other countries choose the wrong options.

Tracking & Tracking Problem

We will provide an available tracking code for your order. However, not all of the tracking code is well supported by the Shop App, especially the tracking code from China Post.

You can always track our order via some third-party tracking website.

Usually tracking code will be sent to the e-mail you left on our website.

It usually takes around 1-3 days for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Damage

We will carefully check the product and try our best to pack the product well to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
If your package is unfortunately damaged in transit, please don't worry, we are responsible and honest sellers, and we will give you a satisfactory solution.

Custom Cost

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total.
