Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy



We provide a full refund for an order for the reason such as cancellation, delivery failure, or an order detained by customs.


A partial refund can be applied to deflect items or a product with minor damage.


To cancel an order, you need to contact us within 24 hours before we process the shipment.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

2. Return Policy


For items that are not sensitive to international delivery, we have a 30-day return policy, buyer need to pay for the return shipping cost.  (Non-returnable items are not included in this policy, check the non-returnable items we listed below.)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you our receiving address if the return is acceptable.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Any weapon-shaped items for example but not limited to our weapon replicas, small swords, EDC knives, tiny guns, etc. are not acceptable for return.


They usually fail to pass the custom when customers return it.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may provide spare parts for repairing some of our products. The buyer needs to pay for the cost of shipping and spare parts if the item is broken by the buyer's usage.

 

3. Exchanges Policy


We provide an exchange for seriously damaged products and wrong items. You might be required to send the product you received to a specific address, we will take the cost of the delivery.
